I registered to iStocks in November 2008. I uploaded 200 of my best photos and I became Bronze and exclusive in June 2008. Then I earnt 30% of the price for each file I sold.

I noticed that some of my very best files where always rejected although I submitted them 5, 10 times. I think that they want to protect the sales of the Diamond contributors who are very few, sell up to 400 files a day and may earn thousands of Dollars per month.

Between June 2008 and January 2009, my sales increased regularly from 80 per month to 120.

Suddenly, on February 17th my sales dropped from an average of 5 per day to less than one per day. Since then, and although I worked hard and uploaded nearly 500 files I could not sell more than 2 files a day. Last week I only sold 8 fileS ie less than 10 $!! and I do not count the hours I spent to take the pictures to treat them with PS. I dont take into account my D300 camera.

I could never have a valid explanation about the huge changes in my sales.



My conclusion is:

DO NOT SEND ANY PHOTO TO THESE GUYS
